Recently, there's been discussion about how this site is becoming TBP part II, with all the drama and crap that's been going around. But one thing struck me today. Something that deserves credit. And it's actually less about this site specifically, but the userbase.
Yes, we all have our bits of drama (and I'm just as guilty), but one thing I noticed that separates this site from TBP, ENWorld, and even the official WoTC forums is that we have been able to have several 5e threads without having the people who hate the system coming into them and threadcapping them with garbage.
There are people here who just don't like the game (which is perfectly fine of course). And I think they deserve some credit for not acting like the usual suspects at other sites and stinking up those threads. This site, moreso than the others, fosters an environment where people stick to the threads on topics they like, without needing to feel like they have to shit up topics they don't. And every so often when someone does, they are called out on it immediately, which never happens elsewhere.
I find that interesting, and indicitive of a certain level of maturity (I know rite!). Ironic considering this site has been called the "bitter ex-girlfriend brigade", that we don't have all that petty immature stuff going on. We have our own petty immature stuff ;)
so anyway, I wanted to call that out specifically because it might be overlooked by all the other drama going around.

A positive about this site that deserves mention
