I have been playing with XP for monsters, XP for "plot stuff" and XP for PCs own "objectives" .
I rarely use XP allocations as given but thought I would check the suggestions in the BASIC DMG.
I crunched the numbers and without downtime a PC using this system would expect to reach 20th level in 35 days.
Anyone tweaking the XP targets as opposed to the XP awards. If so willing to share ?
