Hey all. Having recently returned to RPGs, I've had the chance to try out three new games for the first time (with three different groups): Pathfinder, Savage Worlds and most recently Star Wars: Edge of the Empire. The trouble is, I haven't liked any of them!
I'm sure they're perfectly good games, but maybe they're just not to my taste. As the groups don't run often, I'll probably keep playing with the latter two groups -- the people were nice and I had fun. Everyone else seems enamoured of the game systems, though, and to me they seem slow, over designed and clunky.
Do I just suck it up? What am I missing?
