Help with tires for high MPG

Hi everyone. I a very conservative driver, slow take offs and stops, keep speed at 55MPH or lower, est. It is my opinion that some tires will improves gas mileage. I drive a 2004 Pontiac Vibe that is in mint condition with low mileage. I gave a 2003 Vibe to my wife. This car has almost 200,000 miles on it and still runs great. It is the best car I ever owned. I pray my 2004 holds up as well. My dream car for some time has been the Toyota Prius C but the cost is so high even for used ones there is little chance I will ever own one. I'm retired and on a fixed income. My next choice is the Toyota Yaris. If I do need to buy another car I will go straight to Toyota.



Can any of you suggest a very good long life high mileage tire if I have to replace the tires on my Pontiac Vibe? Thank you for your help. Drive safe my friends.
