2015 Toyota Sienna - $29,485 to start with an 18/25 mpg city/highway rating.
Toyota’s minivan is refreshed for the 2015 MY as the Sienna will arrive with a new exterior, interior, improved safety and new infotainment.
First experienced in our 2014 Highlander Hybrid First Drive, the Sienna is optionally equipped with the new Driver Easy Speak option. Using the microphone from the Sienna’s voice-command multi-media system, Driver Easy Speak conveys your voice through the audio system’s rear speakers. It was not nearly loud enough to convey to the kids to “knock it off” but is loud enough to convey a message to the furthest rear seat occupants.
I think you might like what you are going to see in this one.

2015 Sienna Drivetrain
The Sienna’s standard 266 hp and 245 lb-ft of torque 3.5L V6 is rated at 18/25 mpgUS city/highway (16 mpg city/23 mpg highway on AWD models). It is mated to an electronically controlled 6-speed automatic with sequential shift that provides a smooth gearshift feeling and quiet performance. The Sienna can tow a trailer up to 3,500 pounds.
2015 Sienna Exterior
The first thing you will notice about the all-new Sienna is the revised front grille on the LE, XLE, Limited, slimmer headlamps, and LED daytime running lamps (DRLs) are standard on the SE and Limited. All grades except the SE receive new tail lamp clusters too.
2015 Sienna Interior
A feature I really enjoyed in the Highlander and is now std. in the 2015 Sienna is the conversation mirror integrated into the overhead console.
For 2015, the Sienna received an all-new adjustable center console and dash design with the A/C, shifter and audio controls into a single grouping. Like most recent Toyota’s, a new soft touch upper dash and door trim, adds a more modern and luxurious feel. A new Tri-Sync switch for the A/C lets the driver more easily control the 3 climate zones. It is also equipped with a new three-spoke heated wheel and can be equipped with cloth, leather, and premium leather.
Inside, exclusive instrumentation and unique black leather-trimmed heated and powered seats with white stitching complete this comprehensive transformation.
The Sienna offers a choice between seven- and eight-passenger seating. With the third-row seat stowed and the second-row seat removed, it passes the plywood test with room for cargo eight feet long and four feet wide, providing up to 150 cubic feet cargo volume behind the front row.
Like all Minivans, the Sienna is loaded with storage bins, hanger hooks, and cupholders front, center and rear.
In seven-seat trim, the second row captain chairs slide 23 inches rearward to create legroom for the tallest passengers and forward to allow easier 3rd row ingress, egress.
The Limited FWD grade’s standard second-row Lounge Seating includes leg and foot support. Second-row captain chairs have dual armrests, and an easy release mechanism facilitates seat removal.
On eight-passenger models, the second row center seat can be removed and stowed in the left side of the rear-storage area, leaving a cupholder and storage tray between the two remaining seats. The Tip Up and Long Slide feature lets you slide the seats forward and back on extended rails, adjusting room as needed for passengers or cargo.
A 60/40 Split and Stow third-row seat folds flat with one motion.
A new multi-information display in the instrument panel is placed directly in front of the driver. There’s a base 3.5-inch dot-matrix LCD version or a 4.2-inch color TFT (thin film transistor) display on higher trims. You can toggle to audio controls using a 4-way switch on the wheel. The TFT version is linked to the multi-media system and can also display navigation information.
A lot of cargo and passenger room inside.
2015 Sienna Safety
Actively, a stiffer platform with 142 additional spot welds not only improves handling, it helps increase structural safety. Anti-lock Brakes (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA), enhanced Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRAC), and Smart Stop Technology (SST) is all standard. Missing across all trims is Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM). It is only std. on the Limited?
On the passive front, front, side, side curtains, drivers knee and a new front passenger seat cushion airbag brings the total count to eight.
Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert is available on the SE, XLE and Limited trims. A Pre-Collision System (PCS) is available on the Limited.
Safety Connect telematics system comes standard on the Limited. Its one-year complimentary trial subscription covers s: Automatic Collision Notification, Stolen Vehicle Location, Emergency Assistance Button (SOS), and Roadside Assistance.
2015 Sienna Infotainment
All trims of the Sienna include SiriusXM Radio (with three-month complimentary trial), HD radio, HD traffic and weather in major metro areas, plus an integrated backup camera display.
It is also arrives with the latest Toyota Display Audio Entune system with subscription-free App Suite on most trims. Just pair a compatible smartphone to access popular mobile applications and data services. You can do so using Bluetooth wireless or a USB cable. For some services, you can use the voice recognition.
The Entune App Suite includes mobile apps for Bing, iHeartRadio, MovieTickets.com, OpenTable, and Pandora. Entune data services include a fuel price guide, sports scores, stocks, traffic and weather.
The Sienna can now be equipped with an all-new Dual View Entertainment Center, which uses two viewable displays within a seamless 16.4-inch widescreen image. New for 2015 are Blu-Ray capability, an HDMI input, and an SDXC card reader that can play 10 different audio and video formats. The system plays from one or two separate sources. Used as a single screen, it can be easily seen from the third row, and it can be operated from any seat via remote control. The system also includes a pair of wireless headphones, allowing passengers to enjoy viewing their respective screens without interfering with other passengers.
A standard Toyota warranty follows its new owners with a 36-month/36,000 mile bumper to bumper, 60-month/60,000 mile powertrain no limit mileage corrosion warranty.
Normal factory-scheduled maintenance and 24-hour roadside assistance for two years or 25,000 miles, is also included.
