The Elven City: Call boxes

So here's the premise. One of my GURPS groups operates out of the capital city of the elven empire. It's had relatively stable borders for a couple thousand years, and because there are so many elves (purebloods are a quarter of the population, about) there are a honking lot of enchanters. Given the lifespan of elves, those enchanters produce for a long, long time. Without going into details of the numbers I've worked out, there's a tipping point of enchanters sufficient there -- and there alone -- for practical magical technologies in some areas.

So I'm laboriously -- and with the occasional aid of players -- working through the magic lists to gauge what the civic government would have in place. Something I have are call boxes: there are fifty of them, strategically placed throughout the city. They each have two iterations of my Signal Flare spell, which shoots up different colored flares to summon the city watch or the local volunteer fire company.

What they also have are 18 Magic Mouth spells. My version of that spell allows for a sentence for up to 50 words. It will activate when something happens in its presence, and that has to be either a tactile or aural cue: someone touching a button, someone saying "I need help." My head is blanking (racing over thirty things at once), so ...

If you had to put 18 helpful phrases, at no more than 50 words, what are some of the ones you'd consider?
